Tucked away in Joo Chiat, Cafe Natsu serves your traditional western brunch classics, but with a Japanese twist. Dreamed up by Chef Lewis Barker of One Michelin Star-restaurant Sommer, this fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine is reflected in both the design of the cafe as well as its menu. For example, the cafe’s Breakfast Plate comes with Kurobuta pork sausage, kombu beans, roasted tomato, and avocado, which is topped off with sourdough and scrambled eggs.

You’ll enjoy the fun of fusion in a relaxing yet elegant interior, with elements of different cultures giving you a soothing and pleasant experience. While visiting, desserts are on the agenda as well, with mochi fried doughnuts served with salted Hokkaido milk ice cream and their baked Hokkaido cheese tarts being the pick of the bunch.
