The Singapore Travel Pass provides tourists with the essentials of travel:
  • 7-day Comprehensive Insurance with Hospitalisation coverage of up to $50,000 for Covid-19 or Accidental bodily injury.
  • 2 in 1 Tourist SIM and EZ-link card with 100GB 4G Local data and $3 stored value for public transport.

All foreign short term visitors entering Singapore are eligible to purchase. Please take note that the insurance policy does not cover Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents or Singapore Long Term Pass Holders, including travellers holding In-Principal approval (IPA) issued by Ministry of Manpower.

Yes, you can purchase the Singapore Travel Pass. However, the Insurance coverage is for 7 days.

You will receive a confirmation email, together with the Insurance Policy schedule and Policy wording. The 2 in 1 Tourist SIM card redemption letter will also be included in the email.

Please bring along this letter and your passport to Travelex Counters at Changi Airport Terminal 3 or SingTel stores.

All travellers are strongly encouraged to buy travel insurance covering costs related to COVID-19, with coverage of at least S$30,000*.

Short term visitors who are not fully vaccinated will be required to purchase travel insurance covering COVID-19 as a condition of entry.

Travellers will have to pay for their own treatment costs if the insurance coverage is insufficient.

If you need more data overseas, you can go to hi!App or hi.singtel.com to purchase hi!DataRoam Plans. When overseas, call *100# to activate your DataRoam Plans within 30 days from purchase.

The EZ-Link card is a contactless stored value card used mainly for public transit in Singapore. It is accepted on all public buses, MRT/LRT and selected taxis. It is also accepted as a mode of payment at more than 30,000 merchant acceptance points island-wide.

You can top up EZ-Link cards at all General Ticketing Machines at bus interchanges and train stations, TransitLink Ticket Offices, 7-Eleven and many other selected top-up points in Singapore.

Each EZ-Link card has a validity of 5 years from the date of encoding.

The 2 in 1 Tourist SIM and EZ-link card once sold, are non-refundable or non- exchangeable for cash or any product. There will be no refund for all EZ-Link card costs and any unused value upon card loss, damage or expiry. You are responsible for the safe-keeping and usage of your 2 in 1 Tourist SIM and EZ-link card.
